Refund policy

If you've changed your mind, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to process a return and refund. Please note there are a couple of rules to be eligible for a return:

We offer a full refund (excluding delivery costs) on the items returned to us within 14 days of the delivery date. 

We are only able to accept returns on items - including earrings - if they are sent back unworn and in their original packaging.

Your return should be approved over email prior to shipment. To create a return, contact us at hello@myamichai.com with your order number.

We accept returns on most of the items, except any of the below: 

- Sale / discounted items

- Earrings (due to hygiene)

- Made-to-order pieces

- Gift-cards

Pre-order items can be returned and as long as the returned piece is unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging.
